The user has the possibility of exercising their right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made in BIBECA within a period of fourteen business days according to the calendar of their location, from the receipt of the order at the chosen delivery address. The products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been used beyond the mere verification of the product and they must keep their original labels, as well as their packaging and, where appropriate, original documentation and accessory elements, also in perfect condition. If the product is returned without the original packaging, BIBECA reserves the right not to return the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered a depreciation.

Returns of products customized according to the customer's instructions or manufactured, adapted or made from the customer's specifications will not be accepted. BIBECA reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.

Items on offer may have a tare weight.

FORM OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

To proceed to make product returns, you must -within fourteen business days following receipt of the order-, send an email to the address: info@bibeca.com indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products subject to return. Once the claim is received, BIBECA will contact you to arrange home collection of the products.

Except in cases of receipt of defective products from the factory and/or damaged during shipping, the shipping costs associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. BIBECA will reject the receipt of any return made sent in the "cash on delivery" mode. Once the request to exercise their right of withdrawal has been received by the buyer and once in possession of the returned merchandise, BIBECA will proceed to examine the products received and then the return will be made. The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of Returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, always subject to the provisions of these particular terms and conditions.

The costs of shipping and returning the products will be borne by the customer. The decrease in value of the products returned due to handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation, will be the sole responsibility of the client, who must compensate BIBECA for the damages caused.

The client will not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, especially, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, in the following cases: (i) recreational services, when they are for a specific date or specific period ; (ii) products made according to customer specifications or clearly embodied; (iii) Sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been removed.

PRODUCT RETURNS - MANUFACTURER DEFECTS AND/OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE:

The buyer has the possibility of making returns of products received in poor condition, either due to defects or factory defects, (provided that said defects were not due to improper handling or use by the user), or that have been damaged. in the transport.

The claim in the event of receipt of a damaged product must be made as soon as possible, and it must occur within 24 hours of receipt of the order so that it can be covered by transport insurance. If the defect has been caused during transport (blows, scratches, etc.) you must indicate it on the carrier's delivery note. If you do not indicate it, by signing the delivery note you express your agreement with the delivery and the transport company will not be responsible for any damage of this type.

Likewise, you must indicate the lack of product on the delivery note. If the transport company does not do so, it will not be responsible for errors in the delivery or loss of merchandise.

In case of damage caused during transport, you have a period of 24 hours after receiving the merchandise to notify the logistics department of the damage: ventas@bibeca.com. Remember to send the photos by email. Without photographs we cannot process the incident. BIBECA reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS:

In order to return products with factory defects, a statement to that effect must be sent by email to the address: ventas@bibeca.com, indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products to be returned and a Detailed list of the defects found in them.

The collection of the returned products will then be arranged. Except for the defect or tare appreciated, each product to be returned must be found unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the product is returned without the original packaging, BIBECA reserves the right not to return the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered a depreciation.

Once in possession of the returned merchandise, BIBECA will proceed to examine the products received. Once the existence of a manufacturing defect has been verified and provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, BIBECA will proceed to process the corresponding replacement of the same with another with identical characteristics. If it is not possible to replace it, BIBECA will notify the user of this circumstance and proceed to pay the user the amount corresponding to the purchase of the product.

In this case, the refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, always subject to the provisions of these particular terms and conditions. In the case of receipt of products in poor condition attributable to their transport, and whenever their replacement is not possible, BIBECA will proceed to pay the user the corresponding amount as soon as possible.

In case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all expenses will be borne by us. In case of returning or exchanging the product for other reasons, the client will bear the shipping costs incurred, both outward and return.
